1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

Most features require an account. Sign-in is handled by a third-party provider (Sign in with Google); you are responsible for keeping access to the linked account secure.

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Tokens & Payments

The Service runs on a token model (internal generation credits). Tokens and subscriptions are purchased in U.S. Dollars (USD) through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Tokens and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Purchased tokens may have an expiry period and may lapse after the stated time; unused tokens are not redeemable for cash.

Prices, packages, and generation costs may change. The price shown at checkout applies at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, depicts child sexual abuse material, promotes hate, harassment, or violence, or is deceptive (non-consensual deepfakes of real people, disinformation).

You may not attempt to bypass limits or protections, reverse-engineer the Service, scrape data without permission, or otherwise disrupt the infrastructure.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove content and access that violate these rules.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the prompts and source materials you upload and to generation outputs, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Luzforge brand, software, and design are owned by us and protected by law; these Terms do not transfer any rights in them to you.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs are produced by artificial-intelligence models and may be inaccurate, generic, or unintentionally similar to existing works. We make no warranty as to uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

The legal status and protectability of AI outputs vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for assessing whether outputs are suitable for your use, especially for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content in compliance with the law and third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers: sign-in via Google, payments via Stripe, and AI-generation providers (for example, fal.ai). Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of third-party services. Their outages may affect the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.
